This is a space to feel beautiful, grounded, and deeply connected to what’s alive within you. Inspired by Venus, the goddess of love and sensuality, and Athena, the goddess of wisdom and strength, this retreat invites you to embody both the tender and the fierce—the dynamic interplay that defines the feminine essence.

Anna Cleveland grew up in the untamed landscape of Wyoming, where she developed a deep respect for the rhythms of nature and their ability to shape our energy, intuition, and well-being. With a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, studies in wilderness medicine, and over a decade devoted to yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Anna’s work is rooted in the belief that transformation begins with embodiment.

Her teachings invite students to slow down, reconnect, and explore the interplay between strength and softness—unraveling stagnant patterns, reclaiming vitality, and stepping into a more radiant, aligned way of being. Drawing inspiration from seasonal cycles, Anna’s approach blends grounded wisdom with curiosity and reverence for the body’s innate intelligence.

Caitlin Ferrante approaches life as a bold experiment—a journey of unlearning, reshaping, and reclaiming joy, freedom, and purpose. Originally from Pennsylvania, she has spent the last six years immersed in the yoga industry, curating transformative meditation and movement experiences designed to spark curiosity, growth, and connection.

Her retreats, trainings, and mentorship programs are crafted as sanctuaries for evolution—spaces where discomfort is embraced as a portal to deeper insight and expansion. Rooted in the belief that growth requires both courage and softness, Caitlin’s work encourages participants to shed limitations, rediscover their inner rhythm, and embody their fullest, most liberated selves.
