50 HOUR YIN YOGA TRAINING
NEW HAMPSHIRE, SPRING 2025
An immersive 50 HOUR teacher training exploring the introspective practice of Yin yoga through the lens of Traditonal Chinese Medicine.
Deeply study the seasonality of the body, the intricacies of fascia and its role within our nervous system, learn the art of touch and adjustments, and meditation techniques designed to amplify yin-receptive energy.
Yin is one of the many flavors in our cyclical pattern. It is symbiotic with the seasons, and its essence is represented by the inward nature of autumn and winter. Yin yoga is a quiet and contemplative practice that delves into the deeper layers of tissues within the body through GENTLE, therapeutic movement.
THE TEAM
anna cleveland
Born and raised in Dubois, Wyoming, Anna Cleveland has always carried a deep reverence and respect for the ability of our environment to influence our energy, intuition, and well-being. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, Anna went on to study wilderness medicine, finish multiple yoga teacher trainings, and immerse herself in nearly a decade of study on yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Through dedicated practice, she discovered the immense capacity of this modality to help untangle personal narratives, release trapped and stagnant emotions, and remold oneself in the pursuit of living a more fulfilling, abundant existence.
Her teachings are derived from the belief that we are all an extension of nature. Her classes and courses focus on re-aligning to the unique medicine of each season in order to access the untapped inner reservoir of our creative potential.
She loves quiet mornings, dark humor, a roomy sweater, long walks, locally grown food, deep conversations, Harry Potter, and a good sweat.
caitlin ferrante
Hailing from the Northeast, Caitlin Ferrante has spent the last six years delving into the world of yoga and curating immersive meditation + movement events. She embraces life as a bold experiment, deriving her energy from the journey of unlearning, breaking free from societal norms, and reshaping ourselves to pursue joy, liberty, autonomy, and a sense of purpose.
Caitlin crafts her retreats, trainings, and mentorship programs with the underlying principle of fostering an environment where participants can undergo a profound transformation. She champions the notion that without discomfort and introspective exploration, we can't hope to evolve and expand beyond our self-imposed limitations. Her work centers on the pursuit of fresh insights, wisdom, and techniques to enrich and elevate our existence on this planet..
She loves aliens, the planets, grunge art, deep movement, introspective conversations, not taking the easy way out, tie dye, deep belly laughs, and delicious food (sometimes gummy bears).
